First discount: Cash discount
If you pay in cash, the expensive will definitely be free. A discount of up to 50% means that the shop, clinic or office, instead of 6 million, will cost 3,000,000 Egyptian pounds.
Second discount : (bulk) discount
We said that the down payment is 600,000. Imagine, any pound you pay in excess of the 600,000 will get a 100% discount on its value?
This means if you increase the down payment to 1 million, you'll get a 100% discount on the 400,000 increase, which is approximately 400,000. So you'll have paid 1,400,000 and can pay in installments.
